AWFUL Animal Hospital

This hopsital is WAY overpriced. You can go anywhere else and get an exam fee at least $25 cheaper. This place is way over $50 and if your pet is sick the exam fee is even more. The front staff is VERY RUDE and uncaring. Groomer butchered my dog, vet assistant was too rough with my dog, doctor couldn't bother to spend more then 5 mins in the room. I had to pay over $50 for the assistant to man handle my dog. I won't be back again. Was a long time client now I am going elsewhere and am a lot happier with more money in my pocket.

Although they are a tad over-priced, I for one am willing to pay the extra money for the exceptional care this clinic offers. The genuine care that the staff and doctors show towards my pets (and I) is nothing short of exceptional. Especially in the loss of my dog. In response to the previous reviews I have read, all I have to say is I think that a few bad encounters should not turn you away from what matters and that is exceptional pet care, because thats what REALLY matters in the end. If you just give this Hospital a try you wont be sorry. And neither will your companion.

Was a long time client. Have moved on after the RUDE treatment by office manager and receptionist. This pet hospital has the worst customer service now that new mangament has taken over. Way over priced and unfriendly, unaccomodating service, plus they didn't help my pet one bit. I love my new vet and groomer.

Way over priced!! They have a HUGE staff turnover which says it all. I would NOT recommend this hospital at all. It's twice as high as any other in the area and now that my groomer of nine years is gone (thank goodness I know where she is) I won't be back that is for sure. All they care about is money and not animal care!

I used to take my dogs to this vet, and when I started researching other vets in the area I realized quickly that I was being GROSSLY overcharged by Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital. Bottom line, this vet is not worth what you'll pay for it!
